1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use 88meg services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88meg strictly prohibits minors from accessing gambling services. We will verify your age through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or have legal authorization to access offshore online gambling platforms from your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When you register an account with 88meg, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly forbidden and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

88meg accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. You are responsible for any bank or e-wallet transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 88meg processes withdrawals within 1-24 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Most withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

88meg is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crimes. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals or freeze accounts if we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to: depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform solely for fund transfers. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

88meg offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated on the promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria (age, residency, account verification status).

Examples of abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee wins, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or any other behavior intended to gain an unfair advantage. 88meg reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts of users found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 88meg are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming. 88meg is not liable for user errors including accidental bets, incorrect selections, or technical issues on the user's device.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, and other sports:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or league.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• Live in-play betting odds change dynamically. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• 88meg reserves the right to void bets on matches where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.

5.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and lottery games (togel) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer results. All game outcomes are final. 88meg does not manipulate game results. If a technical malfunction causes a game to produce an incorrect result, 88meg reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for unfair advantage.
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or conducting unauthorized transactions.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior.

6. Responsible Gaming

88meg is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. We provide tools to help you stay in control including:

• Loss limits to cap your net losses

88meg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering suspicions
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses and fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
